This vision led to the establishment in 2020 of Komohale Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to opening doors for rental residents to a range of vital services and resources to enhance their quality of life. Services are offered right where they live.

Working in partnership with respected community resources including organizations and government agencies, Komohale Services provides awareness, connectivity and access to an array of on-site services that promote financial stability, self-sufficiency, confidence as well as personal and professional growth. Services are offered to individuals, families and seniors at select affordable rental properties on Oahu, Maui and Hawaii Island at no charge.
